When you are talking to a client, you should speak in a friendly manner so that you would not sound like someone who has nothing in mind but to sell his goods. Show them that you are actually concern about their situation and that you are giving them a lot of options to choose from. Also, never force them on what you want if ever that they don not accept your offer. Keep in mind that you came to them in a friendly manner so you must leave in a friendly and polite way to regardless of the outcome.
